Half of rent is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable.
The remaining rent due, and damage/security deposit are due two
weeks prior to your stay.
The damage/security deposit is returned 15 days after your stay.
If reservation is cancelled 30 days in advance; the deposit is transferable
to a later date.
We accept in "US dollars"; Money Orders, Certified
Check and Paypal. With Paypal you can use any one of a number of
Credit Cards.
